If you launch an exam on RapidLMS and find that the content won't load follow the steps below!
In order for our exam engine to capture your responses to the questions, you can not have third-party cookies blocked; this disables our ability to track your selections.
Disabling “Block Third-Party Cookie" on the Browser (Chrome)
- Launch Chrome on a new tab in your browser. Select the 3 dots in the far right corner and select 'Settings'.
- This should bring you to a list of options. Select the 'Security and Privacy' Option.
- Click 'Cookies and other site data' and select the option to 'allow all cookies'.
- Please return to the exam screen and refresh your browser for the settings to load.
Clear Cache and Cookies:
- Open Google Chrome Settings
- Open Privacy and Security
- Clear Browsing Data
- Select cookies, cache and browsing data to clear
- Close the browser and log in the account
Ensure no third-party popups are blocked at the top
Enable JavaScript:
- Open Chrome on your computer.
- Click. Settings.
- Click Security and Privacy.
- Click Site settings.
- Click JavaScript.
- Select Sites can use Javascript.
